Provider Verification
Dazzles is committed to running a trusted, transparent and customer-focused platform. This page explains the standards, rules and processes that support that commitment.
Dazzles uses provider onboarding and verification processes to help maintain service quality, accountability and trust on the platform. This page explains the types of checks, records and standards that may support provider approval and continued access to the service.
1. Information providers may be asked to submit
Depending on the service category and the platform requirements in force at the time, providers may be asked to submit profile information, contact details, service categories, profile photographs, identification materials, operational details and payout or banking information.
2. Why verification matters
Verification helps Dazzles reduce impersonation risk, improve platform accountability, maintain service records and support trust when customers are booking providers for work carried out in or around the home.
3. Professional conduct expectations
- Accurate and truthful account information
- Respectful, professional and lawful conduct
- Compliance with platform quality and safety requirements
- Proper handling of customer property, instructions and time commitments
4. Review, suspension and removal
Dazzles may review provider accounts where there are safety concerns, repeated complaints, false information, suspected misuse, serious service-quality issues, fraud risk or other conduct inconsistent with platform standards. Approval may be denied, limited, suspended or withdrawn where justified.
5. Record retention
Certain onboarding, verification and operational records may be retained where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, fraud-prevention, dispute handling, auditing, accounting or platform security.
