Terms of Service

Dazzles is committed to running a trusted, transparent and customer-focused platform. This page explains the standards, rules and processes that support that commitment.

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Dazzles website, customer app, provider app and related services. By accessing or using Dazzles, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Nature of the platform

Dazzles operates a technology platform that helps customers discover, request, book and manage home-related services and helps providers receive, manage and complete service requests. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Dazzles does not hold itself out as the direct employer of independent providers.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Users must provide accurate, current and complete information, keep login credentials secure and promptly notify Dazzles of any suspected unauthorised use of their account. We may suspend, restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe an account is being used unlawfully, fraudulently, abusively or in breach of these terms.

3. Bookings and service fulfilment

Service availability, timing, provider availability, pricing and service areas may vary. A booking request is subject to confirmation through the platform. Dazzles does not guarantee that a provider will always be available at a specific requested time where traffic, weather, access issues, customer delay, safety concerns, force majeure or operational constraints materially affect fulfilment.

4. Payments

Customers authorise the payment methods, charges and adjustments presented during checkout or otherwise approved through the platform. Additional charges may apply where the user requests extra services, changes job scope after booking, provides materially inaccurate booking information, or where a disclosed cancellation, failed-access or no-show policy applies.

5. Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate booking details, lawful instructions, safe access conditions and respectful treatment of providers. Dazzles may refuse, suspend or cancel service where the environment is unsafe, instructions are unlawful, conduct is abusive or platform misuse is reasonably suspected.

6. Provider responsibilities

Providers must maintain accurate profiles, comply with applicable law, follow onboarding and verification requirements, act professionally, provide services with due care, respect customer property and comply with Dazzles safety, quality and operational standards.

7. Cancellations, refunds and no-show handling

Refunds, credits, cancellation outcomes and any applicable no-show or failed-access charges are governed by the policy disclosed at the time of booking and the Refund / Cancellation / No-show Policy published on this website. Timing, provider travel status, job commencement and verified circumstances may affect the outcome.

8. Intellectual property

The Dazzles name, logo, software, design, content, text, graphics, interfaces and related intellectual property remain the property of Dazzles or its licensors. No right, title or interest is transferred except for the limited right to use the service in accordance with these terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dazzles will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill or loss of data arising from or related to the service. Where liability cannot be lawfully excluded, it will be limited to the amount paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Changes to the service or these terms

We may update the service, policies or these terms from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the website, the app or other appropriate channels. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms should be read together with the applicable local laws and any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Legal notices and contract-related questions may be sent to dazzlesapp@gmail.com.
